This program provides practical, on-the-job training (OJT) in refinery and gas processing operations, covering 7 specialized modules. Designed for engineers, operators, and technicians, the course focuses on developing hands-on expertise in distillation, catalytic reforming, isomerization, hydrotreating, hydrocracking, and gas processing technologies.
Participants will gain direct experience in refinery process units, utilities, and control room operations, learning how to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot key refinery and gas plant systems. The training also includes field and panel operator schools, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of both hands-on plant operations and control panel functions.
By the end of this course, participants will have the practical skills required to operate and maintain refinery and gas processing units safely and efficiently, optimize production performance, and handle real-world operational challenges.
