1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their course enrollment up to 72 hours before the course start date.
Cancellations made within this period will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made after the course has started are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of request approval.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza).
A 5% administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be issued for partial course attendance or missed sessions.
